Administrative Intern (Shanghai; Daily Salary RMB 200)

WorldQuant is a private institutional investment management complex consisting of an international team of researchers and technologists who constantly work toward ever-greater quantification and automation in the development of its processes.

We are seeking two Administrative Interns for our research office in Shanghai. The successful candidates will assist in our administrative tasks.   

Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to the following):
-        Responsible for handling front office reception and routine administrative task
-        Assist in organizing activities and meetings
-        Other tasks assigned by director and senior managers

Job Qualifications:
-        Hold or working toward a Bachelor’s degree or advanced degrees from a leading university
-        Able to work at least 3 days per week, for at least three months beginning in November 2015
-        Highly organized and detail oriented
-        Proficient in Microsoft Office
-        Fluent in spoken and written English
-        CET-6 preferred
